Preparación de la receta

Cook the diced potato and the carrot cut into small rounds for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the onion and the bell pepper in brunoise and fry.

After 10 minutes of cooking, add the green beans and cook for another 7 minutes.

Add the ham to the sauce, after a while add the fried tomato.

When the cooking time is over, add the beans, potatoes and carrots to the sauce, and add the cooking broth little by little as needed.

In a frying pan fry the garlic until it is golden brown, then remove from heat and add the paprika so that it does not burn. Add it to the pot and stir.

It can be served with a grilled egg, it looks great.
