Cut 2 carrots into pieces and an eggplant in half. Cut a few pieces of leek.

Put the eggplant in the microwave for 5 minutes and empty it. In a frying pan put the carrot, the eggplant and leek stuffing and sauté it. When they are almost ready, add 3 spoonfuls of lentils. When everything is mixed, fill the eggplants, add 1 slice of brie cheese on top and heat in the microwave to melt the cheese.
