Chinese noodles with vegetables and meat!

We put a saucepan with water to boil. Meanwhile we chop the vegetables (the zucchini I grate it I like it better and the carrot I make it from the grated pot).

When the water is boiling, add the noodles and leave it for 2 minutes, while frying all the vegetables.

Once the vegetables are poached, add the meat cut to taste and leave it for 3 minutes and then add the noodles.

Stir-fry all this with a spoonful of soy sauce and add a egg white. When we see it to our taste (more or less curdled) remove and serve. And enjoy.
