Clean the sea bass and make fillets.

Wash and cut the potatoes into rounds. Cut an onion and a garlic as finely as possible.

Poach the onion and garlic with a little bit of AVOE in a frying pan. Then add a squeeze of lemon juice. When it is golden brown, set it aside.

Place the potatoes on the tray, on top of the fillets, the garlic and the onion poached. Add a splash of white wine, half a lemon and spices to taste (I put a little oregano and pepper).

Leave the sea bass in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees and it is ready.
