Peel and wash the vegetables well.

As I don't like to use bread (we could use a good 100% whole wheat bread) I substitute it with carrot, which is better for summer and gives it the thickness we are looking for.

We introduce all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Add oil, salt and vinegar, without overdoing it!

We can serve it with a boiled egg, Serrano ham or natural tuna. I'm more of a ham person and not mixed hehe.
