Stir-fried vegetables with sautéed chickpeas

Hello! 👩🍳 The recipe I bring today came from improvisation and we liked it so much that it is among the regulars at home. An example of #cookingofreuse: SAUTÉED GARBANZOS ON REHOGADO OF KALE, CARROT, POTATO AND RED PEPPER. Ingredients: - 200 gr of cooked chickpeas (or 1 jar of small ones, washed and drained). - 1 piece of cabbage, 1 potato,1 carrot, 1 piece of red bell pepper - 1/2 onion and 1 garlic - oil (EVOO), a pinch of salt, turmeric, ground black pepper, parsley and cumin. 1️⃣ Chop the vegetables very finely and sauté them with the oil and spices, until they are to our liking. For Thermomix, chop all the vegetables veloc 7/5 sec (depending on the size we like), add oil (about 30gr), the spices and program about 8 minutes/varoma/turn/spoon speed. Check if they are ready and if not, program a little more time. 2️⃣ In a frying pan coated with oil, sauté the chickpeas with a little cumin, garlic powder and chopped parsley.

3️⃣ Assemble the dish by placing the vegetable stir-fry first and the sautéed chickpeas on top. Let's eat!😋 On Instagram @itamari71
