Preheat the oven to 180 with heat up and down.

Cut the vegetables into very small cubes, add the crushed tomato (reserve a little for the top of the lasagna sheet) and the tuna; season to taste.

In a baking dish add a few drops of EVOO and put a sheet of lasagna, put the vegetable mixture, place the other sheet of lasagna with a little crushed tomato on top and grated cheese, add oregano and put it in the oven.
