Sauté mushrooms and spinach with EVOO

Mix with cheese and set aside

With a peeler, remove 4 strips for each ravioli.

Place the double strips forming a cross.

Place the filling in the center and close the strips by folding them inwards.

Put a bed of tomato with oregano in the mold.

Put the ravioli on top (4 per person) and bake 10-15 min. at 180 degrees.
