Mash the bread in the blender and put it in a bowl with the water for 15 minutes. I use my own bread that is in my recipes.

Peel the tomatoes, cut them and remove the hard part. Put them in the blender with the oil, garlic and vinegar and blend as much as possible.

Drain the bread and incorporate it. Mash it together with the other ingredients and the salt.

Pass it through a strainer and let it cool.
