First clean the squid (remove the inner part and the spine and remove the black skin). I did it with gloves because they are easier to clean and do not slip as much. We kept the squid body and tentacles.

Then we cut them into 4 pieces each and drain them well.

Add half an onion and two garlic in the pan over medium-low heat and when it is poached add the crushed tomato.

Add the squid, turn up the heat and add a splash of white wine to cook.

We dissolve the ink in a glass of water and when the alcohol in the wine has evaporated we add it to the pan with a little more water.

Let them cook over low heat for approximately 25 minutes and that's it!
