Cut the onion and tofu into small pieces, sauté in a frying pan with oil until golden brown and tofu is toasted.

Cut the mushrooms in 4 or 6 pieces and add to the pan, lower the heat (5/9) and put the lid on for about 10'. It is time to add salt, sweet and spicy paprika to taste.
