First mash 1 banana and a half (the other half is used for decoration), add the two eggs, the natural yogurt, half a glass of milk and beat.

Then fill half a tub of the yogurt with oil and add it, along with cinnamon to taste and the zest of half a lemon.

Then add a sachet of yeast and 2 and a half tubs of yogurt.... in my case, crushed granola, but it can be whole wheat flour, oat flour, crushed oat flakes, etc.

Preheat the oven up and down, and put it in. I added slices of the leftover half banana and 80% chocolate.

Bake for 30-45 min depending on the oven. I put silver foil on top to prevent it from burning.
