FOR THE DOUGH: mix all the ingredients in the glass of the thermomix, program 1 minute and 40 seconds (37 degrees / speed 4) and 1 minute at speed espiga. Grease your hands with oil to remove the dough from the glass and paint a greaseproof paper with oil to spread it.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. TOMATO SAUCE: peel the 4 tomatoes, add two pinches of salt and a dash of olive oil, shuffle it and spread it over the dough.

Add the rest of the ingredients. [I added the cheese, the tuna and placed the potatoes (with salt) chopped in thin slices leaving a hole in the corners to put the eggs and sprinkled a little more cheese on top].

Lower the oven temperature to 225 degrees and bake the pizza for about 20 minutes.
