Preparación de la receta

Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and cook them with a little salt and oil until they are soft.

Once drained, crush them a little and set them aside. If it is difficult to crush them, we can add a little butter to help.

Place the drained tuna, piquillo peppers in strips in a bowl, chop some pickled gherkins (optional) and mix.

In a round removable dish, place a layer of the mashed potatoes, place the tuna mixture and on top put another layer of potatoes.

Put homemade mayonnaise on top of the last layer of potatoes and decorate with a grated boiled egg, some piquillo peppers and green olives and enjoy!!!!
