We prepare all the ingredients.

Drain the oil from the tuna cans in a frying pan, leaving the tuna in a plate.

Add about 100 ml of oil to the pan and heat. Then add the chopped onion and the carrot and poach. When they are cooked add the garlic and cook.

Add the egg and breadcrumbs, obtaining a homogeneous dough, without giving it a mortar texture, haaaaaa.but if the mixture is not enough we can add a CC.de tomato sauce.

As you can see, just a little bit to brown and seal them. Remove them and put them aside on a plate with absorbent paper to let them dry of oil. We heat the homemade fried tomato sauce and add the meatballs little by little.
