In a bowl pour all the ground oats, a little spelt flour, a pinch of salt and dry yeast.

You add water little by little and knead, when everything is well kneaded, cover it and let it rest for about 2 hours.

Prepare the oven half an hour before at maximum temperature and then put the bread in at 180º for approximately 1h with heat up and down.
