Orange and date cookies 🍊

First in a bowl, mix the two flours (oats and almonds), then add the EVOO, the crushed dates or in small pieces (previously hydrated), the zest of half an orange and the juice of the orange. 🥣 🍊

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees ⏲ Mix everything very well until a manageable ball is formed.

Spread the dough with a rolling pin on a baking paper. With a cookie cutter make the shape until you finish with all (the more extended the dough the more crunchy they are).

Place our cookies in the oven and leave only a few minutes (mine have been 8 minutes... it depends on the oven, you have to check if you need more or less time).

Once the time has elapsed, allow to cool on a wire rack. (IDEA 💡:In this step you can add melted chocolate on top and pieces of nuts to decorate) I did not do it because it was for my 👧🏻

Once cold... enjoy 🥳 dipped in milk or with a cup of tea 🫖.
