Fry the onion and garlic with a tablespoon of oil in the pan to be used. When it starts to be soft and golden brown, add the potato, the squid and give them a turn to get some flavor.

📍 Add the white wine and water to taste , I usually put water without covering the food , and bring to a boil . Let it boil for about 20-25 minutes over low heat and ready ! Chop the parsley when 1-2 minutes left and add it to enhance its flavor. Serve and ready !!!!! Optional: add more vegetables such as carrots or some peas and frozen shrimp.
