Sauté the mushrooms with a leek onion stalk and 10 gr of EVOO, and add salt and spices to taste.

Once the mushrooms and onion are browned (it is quite a lot), put them in the blender and add hot water with more salt and that's it. You will get a thick mushroom cream.

Beat two eggs and add 17 grams of feta cheese to them, and make an omelet. The other 17 grams of the remaining feta cheese put it on top of the omelet.

Chop 100gr of potatoes in shells, coat with 5gr of EVOO, salt and spices, and put the cut potatoes in a microwave container for 5-7 minutes according to microwave power.
