Spaghetti with textured soybeans

Soak the textured soybeans with water and soy sauce for 10 minutes. Boil the spaghetti in a saucepan.

Make the zucchini with a vegetable cutter or grater.

Cut the onion and add it to a frying pan along with the beans. When they are done, reserve them on a plate.

Add the zucchini to the pan until they lose their water and then add the tomato and the onion and mushroom mixture.

Add the texturized soy and spaghetti to the pan. Spice to taste (salt, garlic and onion powder, and oregano).
