Put the water in a glass and heat it in the microwave until it is very hot, but not boiling. The traditional Matcha Latte recipe says it should be at 80ºC, but very hot is fine.

Careful not to burn yourself, remove the glass of water and add the matcha tea.

Mix the tea and water with a skimmer until all the lumps are dissolved.

Add the soy beverage to taste. We can heat it before, cold, frothed... In my case I heated it in the microwave and made it very frothy with the same frother with which I dissolved the matcha tea.

Serve with a touch of cinnamon powder on top, and our Matcha Latte is ready to enjoy!
