Place the brown rice and lentils in a pot until done.

While the lentils and rice are cooking, cut the onion and garlic into small pieces, cut the cherries in half and add them to a frying pan with a drop of oil to brown them a little.

Once the lentils and rice are cooked, drain and add in a pan with the onion, cherries and garlic. Then add the different spices and the coconut milk and let it all integrate for about 5 minutes.
