Date paste : soak the dates and almonds in a container and fill it with water until it covers them. Let it rest for about 30 minutes and grind with a blender. I love the very sweet taste and that is why there is the same amount of almonds and dates but if you do not like it so sweet, you can vary and put more almonds and less dates (the other way around I do not recommend it because it will be very very cloying since the date sweetens a lot). Put the same amount of date paste in 4 glasses and put them in the refrigerator.

In a bowl with water, immerse 6 sheets of neutral gelatin to hydrate for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in another bowl, pour 3 natural or Greek yogurts (creamier) and the skimmed fresh cheese (a large one of 200 grams or 2 small ones) and mix well (crush the cheese) until a homogeneous texture is obtained. When the gelatin sheets are hydrated, drain almost all the water, leave very little and put the container in the microwave for 40 seconds. Mix the gelatin with the yogurt and cheese until you have a homogeneous mixture. Remove the glasses from the refrigerator, add the dairy mixture and put it back in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Jam 🍓: in a small saucepan we put the strawberries clean and cut into small pieces with water without covering them (flush with the strawberries even a little less). The fire has to be medium (vitro 5/9) and we mix until we see that the strawberries are melting, it takes about 20 minutes approximately. Then, crush with a fork. If we want a homogeneous texture, we can pass the blender. Reserve the jam and wait for the milk to cool and set in the refrigerator. When the 3 hours of the little glasses in the fridge have passed, we place the 🍓 jam in each little glass and enjoy!!!! 😁😁😁 I advise to start tasting each layer separately but then mix because the mix of flavors in the mouth is brutal!!!! 🤤🤤🤤
