Peel and chop the hazelnuts. We also cut the dried apricots and set aside.

In a bowl, add the chocolate bar and the coconut oil.

Heat in the microwave for one minute and stir until completely melted. It can also be melted in a bain-marie.

Add the hazelnuts and dried apricots to the melted chocolate and mix well.

Pour into a mold and decorate with a little grated coconut.

Let it cool for at least one hour in the refrigerator. After this time, remove from the mold and it's ready.
