First wash the potato very well (you can peel it if you want) and cut it into thin slices. I don't have a mandolin and they look good with a knife too.

We put baking paper on the microwave dish and place the potatoes on top. As you can see, I took advantage of the skins, and they are very tasty too.

Sprinkle with salt and the spices of your choice. I have made them only with salt to try them and they are also very tasty.

We take them to the microwave at maximum power, in my case 800w. I had them for 5 minutes and then another two, but they were too toasted for my taste; so I recommend having them for 6 minutes.
