First mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients: egg, sweetener if liquid, vanilla essence, a tablespoon of red Velvet emulsion or beet powder.

Chop unsweetened chocolate to taste and place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Form more or less cookies depending on the size you want them, flatten them and put them in the airfryer at 180 for 10-14 minutes. The time will vary depending on the thickness of the cookies.

For the Nutella make homemade hazelnut butter (400 gr) and when it is very liquid add 100 gr of melted chocolate. To fill the cookies you need a syringe with a metal tip.
