Prepare the date paste In a glass, place the dates and add hot water until they become stiff and then grind them.

In a bowl, mix the oat flour, oat flakes and cinnamon.

Knead everything very well until it is a compact dough with which we can make small balls. TIP: To make the balls it is great to grease your hands with olive oil.

Place the balls on the baking paper and flatten them to form the shape of a cookie! Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until the edges are golden brown.
