We put water to boil with 4 grams of salt, when it boils we turn off the fire and put the noodles for 5 minutes. Then strain.

We put the shrimp in a frying pan over high heat and with a lid when it releases all the water we drain and then in that pan we put 5 g of oil and brown the shrimp add 3 grams of salt.

In a frying pan we put the diced zucchini, the chopped onion and the chopped green bell pepper previously spread with 4 grams of oil (I put the vegetables in a bowl, add the oil and stir). This sauté over high heat and uncovered, when it is sautéed add the shrimp and noodles, give a few turns and take to the source.

We put some piquillo peppers on the side.
