Mash or beat the bananas very well. Preheat the oven up and down to 180°.

Add the oat flakes and mix.

Shape the cookies and place on a wire rack with parchment paper.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes (depending on the oven) at 180° up and down.

Optional: add 85% chocolate. I have put it in some, in mini ounces, just out of the oven and it melts by itself.
