Feta pasta with cherries, chicken and mushrooms

In a baking dish put the block of feta cheese and the cherrys. Chop the garlic and onion and add a dash of EVOO, salt, pepper and oregano.

Bake at 180° for about 20-30 min. until we see that the cheese has melted. We can crush it with a fork, as well as the cherries.

While the sauce is cooking, cook the pasta in plenty of water with a little salt.

When the sauce is ready, add the cooked macaroni, the chicken strips and the mushrooms. If we see that they are a little dry, we can add a splash of milk.

A little trick if you think the sauce is a little acidic is to add a little bit of baking soda.
