Mix the flour, oil, salt and yeast in a bowl.

Add the warm-hot water and mix well.

When you have obtained a dough like the one in the photo, knead by hand for 5-10 minutes until the dough is elastic.

Divide the dough into equal balls. I made them of 70gr each and I got 9 balls.

With a rolling pin, knead the balls on a floured surface until you have very thin tortillas.

Heat a large frying pan that fits the tortillas and cook them on high heat for about 20 seconds on each side.

When cooled, it is important to cover them with a damp cloth to obtain a tortilla texture.
