We begin by preparing the mashed potatoes. To do this we cook the potatoes in boiling water and, when they are ready, we remove the water. We mash them with the help of a fork, add a spoonful of butter and a splash of milk. The quantities are a little by eye, until the desired texture is obtained. Add salt and pepper to taste.

On the other hand, we mix a can of tuna with some ratatouille or tomato sauce. Add oregano and pepper.

In a baking dish, place the tuna on the base and put the mashed potato on top. Add grated cheese on top and gratinate for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
