Mix the beaten eggs, oat drink and oil.

Add the flour, the pinch of salt and the baking powder to the previous mixture, stir well with a hand whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

We have added Cinnamon to half of the dough and cocoa to the rest of the dough, hence the two different shades in the photo.

Pour the mixture into the molds that will be placed on the baking sheet in the middle part of the oven, preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, unmold the waffles on the baking sheet and bake them on the opposite side up for about 5 more minutes until golden brown.

To consume them in several days I usually leave them in the refrigerator until the moment of consumption, that day I put them previously in the toaster so that they recover that crispy touch on the surface.
