Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and place them on absorbent paper.

Preheat the airfryer to 190°C. Mix the seeds with your favorite spices (in my case, salt and sweet paprika).

Place the seeds in the airfryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes to ensure even cooking.

Once the seeds are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the airfryer and let them cool for a few minutes.

5. Serve pumpkin seeds as a healthy snack or sprinkle them on salads or soups for a crunchy and tasty touch. Enjoy!
