Wash the peppers and put them in a frying pan over low heat. Cover with a lid to bake for about 10 minutes.

Remove the skin and the seeds. Once clean, cut the peppers into thin strips and set aside.

In a frying pan lightly fry a sliced garlic in EVOO.

Add the peppers cut into strips and simmer for about 7 minutes.
