Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Soak the dates for about 10 minutes.

Pit the dates and add to a bowl. Add 100g of oat flour. A pinch of salt. Cinnamon to taste. A tablespoon of peanut butter. Half a diced apple. 3 tablespoons of oat drink.

Chop all the ingredients (you can also use a mixer) until you obtain an integrated and somewhat sticky dough.

Create balls and from there give a round and flat cookie shape. Place on baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes. The last five minutes you can put the top of the oven so that they are golden on both sides. It is best to eat them the same day.
