Peel the potatoes in slices of about half a cm, add a little EVOO and put them in the microwave until they are tender.

Make a homemade aioli with an egg, a clove of garlic, a pinch of salt, EVOO and a few drops of lemon. When we have it add a little bit of chopped parsley. I integrated it in the aioli.

When the potatoes are ready, pour a teaspoon of EVOO in a frying pan and brown the potatoes a little. Set aside.

Finely chop two cloves of garlic and put them in a pan with two tablespoons of oil, one Cayenne. When they are golden brown add the shrimps, a pinch of salt and half a spoonful of sweet paprika. To have the prawns a couple of minutes so that they are not dry. And set aside.

Now let's assemble. First the potatoes as a base. Then we add our alioli. And finally the garlic prawns. And ready to enjoy🤤🤤🤤
