We put macaroni to boil following the package directions, I usually put it about 12 minutes.

Put the cashew nuts in the almond drink to make them soft (about 20 minutes). Then put the pumpkin in the microwave to finish cooking.

Put pumpkin, almond drink, cashew nuts in a blender cup and a pinch of nutmeg and blend.

Put the macaroni, sauce and cheese in the pan and stir until the cheese is melted.

In a separate frying pan, cook the egg and when it is done, put it on top of the macaroni.
