Cut the potatoes into small squares. Season with garlic powder, rosemary and salt. Put them in the Airfryer or in the oven for 16 minutes.

Put very little olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion cut in brunoise (very small squares) until transparent. Then add the tomatoes cut in four each. Then add the peppers until they are cooked. Add the tuna cans and finally a beaten egg, mixing very well. Add salt and serve with the potatoes.
