I leave here the ingredients so that you know what is in each step: Base. 80g almond flour. 30g dates. 40g melted chocolate. 5g cocoa powder. Filling. 150g roasted pumpkin. 40g cashew butter. 90g soaked dates. 15g pure cocoa powder. 3 eggs size L.

Put all the ingredients for the base in the food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a 15 cm mold and flatten until the base is completely covered.

Put all the filling ingredients in the food processor and blend until everything is well mixed, transfer it to the mold and bake for 18 minutes with the oven preheated to 190 degrees.

It can be divided into 8 portions of about 220 Kcal each.
