Wash and cut the strawberries into small pieces and cut the dates into small pieces as well.

In a saucepan add the strawberries and dates over medium-high heat and stir until the strawberries break down and release all the water. Before removing from the heat add a teaspoon of chia seeds.

Remove the mixture from the heat and blend it all together.

Put the mixture in a jar and wait until it cools down to put it in the fridge and that's it! It usually keeps for about 5-6 days.
