Focaccia: - Grind the oats and flax and mix in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and add the water to create a dough (it is sticky). - Once the dough is well mixed, put it on baking paper and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. - Remove from the oven to turn it over and add the ingredients on top. 15 minutes more at 180 degrees until golden brown. READY! 😋

Filling: In this case, I made scrambled egg in the pan. - Once the focaccia is removed from the oven to turn it over, I add the tomato sauce, the scrambled egg and on top I add grated cheese and goat cheese slices. - Put in the oven (as it says in the preparation of the focaccia) 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
