Chop the soybeans to make them smaller, and let them hydrate in hot water. This water had salt, garlic powder, pepper, curry and parsley.

While it was hydrating, I chopped some very small onion and some mushrooms just as small, fried it a little in a pan and added a grated tomato.

Once the soybeans are hydrated, mix everything in a bowl: the soybeans with the sofrito, the soy sauce and add some whole wheat flour cockroaches.

I made the shape and dipped it in flour and ready, I got about 10 round meatballs and with the rest I made them as if they were steaks.

I cooked them for about 8 minutes in aufrayer sprayed with oil for about 8/10 minutes.
