Lettuce "tacos" with turkey and vegetables🥬

Chop the vegetables. I used an electric mincer to make it smaller and faster (and taking advantage of the fact that I had to mince the turkey, you can do it by hand and/or buy the meat of your choice already minced).

Fry in oil until soft and add the 3 tablespoons of crushed tomato (can be fried). After about 5 minutes add the turkey, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove the leaves from the heads (they can be of romaine lettuce for example) and place them on a plate. Once the mixture is ready, fill the leaves with a spoon as if they were cubes.

Let it cool a little and enjoy!
