Mix all the ingredients, start cooking over medium heat until it does not make a first boil. From there lower the heat to the minimum and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour the contents into different small glasses, allow to cool and then place in the refrigerator (do not worry if the contents are still liquid, agar agar solidifies at low temperatures).

After about 40 minutes (or less, keep checking) it will be ready and you can turn it over. If the vanilla powder remains at the bottom, it is totally normal (the solution would be to use the aroma but I consider the powder to be healthier).

Season as you like. I made it with ginger and lemon marmalade (recipe in my profile) and walnuts.
