Preparación de la receta

Mix all dry ingredients: - 50 grams of oat flour - 30 grams of vegan protein powder - teaspoon baking powder - teaspoon ground flax seeds and teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Add 160 - 180 ml of soy beverage (or your favorite vegetable drink) and mix well.

You can bake this mixture directly in the oven or add toppings. I poured half of the mixture, added Alpro Oatmeal Vegetable Yogurt and an ounce of 99% chocolate and topped it with the rest of the mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°, 20 - 25 minutes.
