Broccoli with baked textured soybeans✨.

Preparación de la receta

Put the texturized soybeans to hydrate with water and a splash of soy sauce (30min minimum).

In a frying pan with oil, we put the onion to poach. When it is poached, add the texturized soybeans, previously drained.

Sauté a little and season with salt and pepper.

(Optional) Add the tomato and let it cook for a while.

Cook the broccoli with water for about 6-8 min (I like it al dente).

Preheat the oven to 190

Optional add your favorite spices to the soy (I used oregano).

Add the broccoli to the frying pan so that it integrates, and put it all in an ovenproof container.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and optionally add some cherry tomatoes.

Bake in the oven for about 15' or until you see that the cheese is golden brown.
