Ingredients (do not see above) 300 grams of rice Mushrooms to taste (I usually use one 200 grams) 1 leek 1 onion Vegetable broth (if you don't have it, dissolve a small pill in water) 1 cup of white wine 1 large spoonful of cream cheese Parmesan cheese (to taste)

1 chop the vegetables and sauté them. 2 add the rice and brown it a little bit 3 add the wine 4 When the wine dissolves, add the broth little by little. (This recipe is based on constant stirring). 5when we see that we only have the last few minutes left, add the cream cheese and stir. 6Is the rice ready? Remove from the heat and add the Parmesan cheese and stir and it will be ready to eat. * do not forget to add salt and pepper if you like it ☺️
