RICE NOODLES WITH VEGETABLES AND TOFU 🥢

First cut the tofu into small squares and marinate it with the chosen spices, I used pepper, salt, paprika, oregano, soy sauce and onion powder. Pour a little water, just enough to cover the tofu.

Pour the tofu mixed with the spices and water into the hot pan. When it has absorbed all the water, add a little olive oil and let it brown for another 6-7 minutes over medium heat.

Chop the onion and bell pepper finely and slice the zucchini with a peeler.

First, brown the onion in the frying pan with the oil, then add the peppers and the marinated tofu about 10 minutes later.

Add a little more soy sauce and the zucchini.

We will put a saucepan with water to the fire and when it comes to boil we will add the rice noddles. Boil for 3-4 minutes.

Serve the noddles and vegetables on a plate with the tofu on top and mix.
