Preparación de la receta

Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees with the up and down heat setting.

Soak the dates by covering them a little with hot water in a cup in the microwave for 2 minutes at medium power, and let them stand for 10 minutes. Then grind them to obtain the date paste. Set aside.

Mix the date paste with the eggs and add the liquid ingredients (juice, EVOO and milk). Mix very well.

In another bowl, mix the flour with the Royal Yeast and add this mixture to the wet ingredients. Whisk everything very well.

Grease the molds with a little EVOO and fill them a little more than halfway, so that they do not overflow.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes with heat up and down at 180 degrees.

OPTIONAL: melt the ounces of chocolate with a little milk and dip the top of each Donut, leaving them on a wire rack to allow the chocolate to drain well, and add chopped almonds for decoration.
